Pine Street Lofts
Scott Watkins acted as Development Manager and Partner on this pioneering residential development in Old Town Ft. Collins. The project was the first of its kind in the city and was accomplished using Tax Increment Financing through the Downtown Development Authority. The project was the first to reintroduce multifamily residential product to the historical fabric of downtown Ft. Collins.
West Line Village
T.O.D. Properties developed this 182 unit, 7 acre, high density, attached, for sale housing community in the City of Lakewood in close proximity to Sheridan Station on the W Line. T.O.D Properties worked as a joint venture partner with Trailbreak Partners and Highland Development Company.
Traverse Apartments is a 281 unit class A apartment community located adjacent to West Line Village and the Sheridan Light Rail Station on the W Line. The project includes a 7 story 379 unit parking garage, dog wash facility, yoga room, gym, and pool and hot tub within two courtyards. The project is a joint venture with Trailbreak Partners and Highland Development Company.
Park West Apartments
Park West Apartments is a Project Based Section 8 building in the Lower Highlands Neighborhood of Denver that was purchased just prior to the Great Recession and divested by T.O.D. Properties and its investment partners in 2011. Passive investors in the project earned a 19% return during one of the worst financial downturns in history.
10th and Sheridan Apartments
The project is comprised of 364 units as well as approximately 5,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The property is across the street from the Sheridan Light Rail Station. The project is replacing a long neglected strip mall shopping center and will act as a gateway into the City of Lakewood. The project is being developed in conjunction with Trailbreak Partners.
