Park West Apartments

Park West Apartments is a Project Based Section 8 building in the Lower Highlands Neighborhood of Denver that was purchased just prior to the Great Recession and divested by T.O.D. Properties and its investment partners in 2011.  Passive investors in the project earned a 19% return during one of the worst financial downturns in history.

Wyndham Hill Apartments
T.O.D. Properties, in conjunction with Windsor Development Corp. is currently working on the development of a 128 unit apartment community in the City of Frederick in close proximity to the I-25 and Highway 52 transportation node as well as Indian Peaks Medical Center and a future Exempla Hospital.

Lamar Station Townhomes
T.O.D. Properties, in partnership with Oxbow Design Collaborative is currently developing and marketing a 6 unit townhome project 1 block away from the Lamar Light Rail Station on the West Corridor Line.  The units each feature 2 Bedrooms plus den and 2 1/2 Baths and are approximately 1,600 SF with a two car garage.  The project is currently in the entitlement phase with construction expected to begin Spring of 2017.



West Line Village
T.O.D. Properties is currently working on the development of a 134 unit,  5 acre, high density, attached, for sale housing in the City of Lakewood in close proximity to Sheridan Station on the W Line.  T.O.D Properties is working as a joint venture partner with Trailbreak Partners and DIRC Homes.

Pine Street Lofts
Scott Watkins acted as Development Manager and Partner on this pioneering residential development in Old Town Ft. Collins.  The project was the first of its kind in the city and was accomplished using Tax Increment Financing through the Downtown Development Authority. The project was the first to reintroduce multifamily residential product to the historical fabric of downtown Ft. Collins.
