West Line Village
T.O.D. Properties is currently working on the development of a 182 unit, 7 acre, high density, attached, for sale housing community in the City of Lakewood in close proximity to Sheridan Station on the W Line. T.O.D Properties is working as a joint venture partner with Trailbreak Partners and Highland Development Company.
Pine Street Lofts
Scott Watkins acted as Development Manager and Partner on this pioneering residential development in Old Town Ft. Collins. The project was the first of its kind in the city and was accomplished using Tax Increment Financing through the Downtown Development Authority. The project was the first to reintroduce multifamily residential product to the historical fabric of downtown Ft. Collins.
Traverse Apartments is 281 unit class A apartment community located adjacent to West Line Village and the Sheridan Light Rail Station on the W Line. The project includes a 7 story 379 unit parking garage, dog wash facility, yoga room, gym, and pool and hot tub within two courtyards.
Lamar Station Townhomes
T.O.D. Properties, in partnership with Oxbow Design Collaborative is currently developing and marketing a 6 unit townhome project 1 block away from the Lamar Light Rail Station on the W Line. The units each feature 2 Bedrooms plus den and 2 1/2 Baths and are approximately 1,372 SF with a two car garage. Construction is expected to begin Fall of 2021.
Park West Apartments
Park West Apartments is a Project Based Section 8 building in the Lower Highlands Neighborhood of Denver that was purchased just prior to the Great Recession and divested by T.O.D. Properties and its investment partners in 2011. Passive investors in the project earned a 19% return during one of the worst financial downturns in history.
